AI Summary

Lead the delivery of enterprise cloud implementation projects for nonprofit clients across the full project lifecycle. Balance high-level project governance with hands-on execution, including functional testing and stakeholder management.

As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will lead delivery excellence across a portfolio of enterprise cloud implementation projects for our nonprofit clients. In this role, you will provide visible leadership and ownership over the full project lifecycle, turning intricate business challenges into elegant digital solutions across ecosystems like Salesforce, ServiceNow, or NetSuite. We are looking for a dual-threat professional: a master of client relationship management and project governance who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to support functional QA and testing. If you are a proactive consultant ready to drive outcomes autonomously and build lasting executive partnerships, we invite you to bring your unique perspective to our team.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage complex cloud software implementation projects across the full lifecycle, ensuring optimal resource utilization and delivery excellence.
  • Alternate seamlessly between high-level project governance and hands-on execution, including driving robust functional testing (QA) and supporting basic configuration as needed.
  • Actively manage stakeholders' expectations, project financials, budget health, resource alignment, and potential scope creep.
  • Ensure strict adherence to our delivery structure and agile project management methodologies during solution implementation.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through transparent reporting on project health, strategic risk mitigation, and proactive escalation management.
  • Coordinate technical teams to ensure that client business requirements (such as donor management, grant tracking, and fundraising workflows) are effectively incorporated into design specifications, multi-platform integrations, and data transfers.
  • Prepare for and lead discovery meetings and workshops with clients to uncover pain points and map out strategic business objectives.
  • Expertly utilize Jira to track project progress, manage backlogs, and maintain delivery momentum.
  • Act as an absolute client advocate to resolve escalations swiftly, ensuring long-term, trusted client partnerships.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of hands-on project management experience within a professional services or consulting environment.
  • 3+ years of experience leading technical implementations for major enterprise SaaS/Cloud platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, NetSuite, or equivalent cloud ecosystems). Deep platform-specific coding/configuration is not required, but a strong technical aptitude is essential.
  • Proven track record running large-scale, enterprise-level digital transformation projects ($1M+ portfolios or budgets).
  • Flawless English fluency with exceptional communication skills, capable of commanding a room and instilling executive confidence.
  • Strong relationship management skills, including working in a fast paced environment and interacting with C Level executive and senior management
  • Strong competency in financial/budget management, project documentation tracking, and scope control.
  • Proven experience using enterprise Project Management tools and expert-level proficiency using Jira for agile work management.
  • Willingness to align working hours with Eastern (EST) and Central (CST) client time zones (early starts required if West Coast-based).

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working within or consulting for the Non-Profit sector (familiarity with NPC, donor management, and fundraising terminology).
  • In-depth technical knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and related platform certifications.
  • A proven track record of managing high-volume, fast-paced project portfolios without losing attention to detail.
