Senior Technical Project Manager – Media Solutions (VidiNet & BMS)

Vidispine GmbH delivers leading media and broadcast solutions worldwide, including cloud-based media platforms and broadcast management systems.

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager / Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of strategic customer projects across VidiNet and BMS solutions while managing and developing delivery teams.

This is a client-facing leadership role combining:

• Technical project delivery
• Team leadership
• Operational ownership
• Customer and stakeholder management

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex customer projects and programs
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, escalations, and customer communication
• Drive project governance, status reporting, and SteerCo meetings
• Lead requirements gathering and support scope definition and change requests
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery
• Own delivery KPIs including:
  • Forecast accuracy
  • Revenue forecast and realization
  • Utilization
  • Project profitability / PS margin
  • Delivery performance
• Lead and mentor Professional Services Engineers and Project Managers
• Support hiring, coaching, performance management, and team development
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across delivery processes

What You Bring

• Seasoned experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, or Professional Services leadership
• Experience delivering complex customer-facing technical projects
• Experience managing direct reports and delivery teams
• Background in media, broadcast, MAM, or content management environments
• Strong understanding of:
  • Software delivery methodologies
  • Technical integrations and cloud environments
  • Scope and change management
  • Forecasting and operational KPIs
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• PMP certification is a strong plus
