Senior Talent Management Partner serves as Nordic’s enterprise subject matter expert for talent management, responsible for defining, governing, and evolving the organization’s talent philosophy, talent strategy, career architecture, succession framework and capability roadmap. This role partners closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, and business leaders to create a connected talent ecosystem that strengthens workforce readiness, internal mobility, leadership pipelines, employee retention, and long-term organizational capability. 

 

Serving as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, this role shapes enterprise talent initiatives by leveraging workforce insights, external market practices, organizational strategy and talent analytics to strengthen leadership pipeline, succession readiness, internal mobility and future workforce capabilities.  

 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Senior Talent Management Partner will have the following key responsibilities, which include but are not limited to: 

  • Define, govern and continuously evolve Nordic’s enterprise talent management strategy, operating model, frameworks and standards, establishing consistent practices for succession planning, career growth, internal mobility and workforce capability development.  

  • Advise senior leadership, in partnership with HR teams, on workforce capability, talent readiness, succession vulnerabilities, talent gaps and future workforce requirements, influencing enterprise talent strategies.  

  • Own Nordic's career development ecosystem, including career pathways, competency frameworks, skill libraries, internal mobility standards, and development strategies that support business growth and organizational scalability.  

  • Establish Nordic’s enterprise talent strategies, including early-career, emerging talent, high-potential and succession programs aligned to long term business and workforce objectives.  

  • Enable leaders through established talent processes, leader accountability frameworks and organizational talent practices that improve talent review effectiveness, succession readiness, career development outcomes and organizational bench strength.   

  • Leverage workforce and talent insights to assess organizational health, leadership pipeline strength, succession readiness, retention risk, mobility outcomes, and talent investment effectiveness, translating insights into strategic recommendations in partnership with business line leaders and HR Business Partners to strengthen organizational capability and support business objectives.  

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader on talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, workforce capability development, and future workforce requirements 

  • Lead and facilitate enterprise talent review and succession planning processes, ensuring alignment between business strategy, leadership capability and future workforce needs. 

  • Champion AI-enabled workforce readiness by integrating emerging technologies, AI fluency, and future-focused skills into Nordic's talent and career development strategies. 

 

 Skills and Experience  

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience.  

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise talent management, organizational development, workforce capability, talent strategy or related human capital initiatives 

  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders and HR stakeholders to develop and execute talent strategies aligned to business objectives.  

  • Experience designing career frameworks, competency models, talent assessments, and employee growth programs.  

  • Strong consulting, facilitation, influence, and stakeholder management skills.  

  • Experience leveraging workforce and talent data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities and inform strategic talent decisions.  

  • Knowledge of talent management best practices, including succession planning, performance management, retention, workforce capability development, and organizational effectiveness.  

  • Experience leading enterprise change initiatives and driving adoption for talent initiatives and technologies.  

  • Experience leveraging generative AI and emerging technologies to enhance talent management processes, workforce capability development, and employee growth.  

  • Strong project management, communication, presentation, and executive-level influencing skills.  

  • Ability to manage multiple strategic priorities and drive results in a fast-paced, evolving environment.  

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and talent technologies that support workforce insights, career development, and talent management. 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience supporting current and future workforce capability strategies.  

  • Experience working in consulting, healthcare, technology, or professional services organizations. 

  • Professional certifications in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Instructional Design, or Project Management.

  • Position is remote 

  • Travel up to 25%
