About the Client

Our client is a large-scale platform with millions of users worldwide, operating in a domain where reliability, performance and data integrity are critical. Their engineering team works on high-impact infrastructure and is looking for a seasoned SRE to help scale and maintain their observability and automation practices.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join a mature engineering team and take ownership of Dynatrace-based observability and automation. You will design and implement automated configurations, consume and integrate REST APIs, and write TypeScript-based tooling to support platform reliability at scale.

This is a full-time, long-term engagement. The client operates on Mountain Time and tracks hours.

What You Need to Succeed in This Role

Solid experience automating Dynatrace configuration at scale.

Strong hands-on experience consuming REST APIs, particularly Dynatrace APIs.

Proficiency in TypeScript for tooling and automation development.

Strong understanding of SRE principles: reliability, observability, incident response, and automation.

Experience working in fast-paced engineering environments with high ownership expectations.

Nice to Have

Experience with AWS Lambda for serverless automation workflows.

Familiarity with AWS CodeBuild for CI/CD pipeline management.

Experience with AWS CloudFormation for infrastructure as code.

If You Get the Job, You Will Have To

Design, implement and maintain automated Dynatrace configurations across the platform.

Build and maintain integrations with Dynatrace REST APIs to support observability workflows.

Develop TypeScript-based tooling to automate SRE tasks and platform operations.

Collaborate with platform and product engineering teams to define and enforce reliability standards.

Participate in incident response and drive post-mortem processes to improve system resilience.
