Job Description:
The Senior Specialist, Subcontracts is responsible for managing subcontract procurement activities in support of defense and aerospace programs, including cost, schedule, and performance requirements for specialized materials, equipment, and services. This role supports the full subcontract lifecycle, including sourcing strategy development, solicitation, proposal evaluation, negotiation, award, and post-award administration, while ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and business requirements. Working under general supervision, this position contributes to program execution by managing supplier relationships, mitigating subcontract risk, and supporting operational and project objectives in a highly regulated environment. In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C. area, Denver, or NYC areas is $91,500.00 - $170,500.00. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, Vermont and Virginia is $79,500.00 - $147,500.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
