The Senior Software Engineer will develop full-stack solutions to solve user problems while maintaining a strong product focus. They are also responsible for mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with the team through code reviews and pair programming.
Your mission
A Senior Software Engineer with previous industry experience. The role is for a full stack engineer in a devops culture with a strong product focus. Languages used, although knowledge is not required to hire, are Python, Typescript, SQL with frameworks Quart, React, and Postgres.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand user’s problems
Write code to solve said problems
Communicate with users and team members
Review other team member’s code
Continually improve code and understanding of code
Work independently at times and with others (pairing) at other times
Visit company sites to understand processes
Develop the skills of junior software engineers
Supervisory/Management Responsibilities: Manage and develop junior and software engineers in the team.

Ability to code in any language and familiarity with version control system
Previous experience working in industry
