Senior Software Engineer

Your Mission

• Building and maintaining the core banking system and Internet acquiring service within a financial ecosystem

• Participating in product architecture design: proposing and implementing technical solutions, reviewing system design decisions

• Optimizing database queries and ensuring efficient data synchronization, transmission, and processing

• Implementing new business logic across microservices

• Working with metrics: integrating observability tools, optimizing performance, and monitoring system health in production.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 4-5+ years of professional backend development experience, with a strong understanding of backend architecture and engineering principles

• Experience with or strong interest in working with Go, with a willingness to use it as a primary backend language in a production environment

• Strong understanding of concurrent and multithreaded programming

• Solid SQL skills and hands-on experience with relational databases in production

• Proven experience designing and maintaining microservice architectures

• Strong grasp of software design principles: SOA, SOLID, KISS, DRY

• Familiarity with Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)

• Readiness to take ownership of architectural decisions and drive them to implementation

• Experience in fintech is a plus, but not required

• Fluent Russian and at least B1+ English level (written and spoken).
