The Mission

We need a "Product General" to take absolute ownership of our software ecosystem from initial design to production lifecycle. Your job is to architect, build, test, deploy, and monitor large-scale, highly available web platforms that can handle intense global velocity. This is a remote, high-availability role for a polyglot engineer who can move effortlessly across full-stack paradigms and thrives in an engineering environment focused on continuous delivery, architectural freedom, and rapid growth through calculated experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Product Ownership: Own features and systems from inception to production rollout—determining exactly how they are best built, rigorously tested, horizontally scaled, and proactively monitored.

• Full-Stack Systems Architecture: Collaborate closely with domain architects to map, design, and implement robust, highly decoupled server and client architectures that eliminate single points of failure.

• Continuous Delivery Execution: Maintain and optimize automated CI/CD deployment pipelines, enabling clean, low-risk software releases to production multiple times a day.

• Data Layer Management: Design, optimize, and maintain highly performant relational database schemas and queries, ensuring absolute data integrity under concurrent user loads.

• Engineering Leadership & Mentorship: Take proactive responsibility for high-level system designs, manage technical communication loops with cross-functional stakeholders, and aggressively mentor junior engineers to scale team capabilities.

The Technical Stack

You must possess deep hands-on expertise and deployment experience across the following stack:

• Frontend Ecosystem: JavaScript / TypeScript, React, Next.js (SSR/SSG), and Redux / Redux-Toolkit Query (Advanced client-side state architecture and data fetching loops).

• Backend Layers: Node.js with Express.js (High-velocity APIs) and Java 17 with Dropwizard (Robust, high-throughput backend service logic).

• Content Management: Strapi (Headless CMS architecture and custom plugin/API orchestration).

• Database Engines: MySQL and PostgreSQL (Advanced indexing, schema migration tracking, and performance tuning).

• Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS (Core infrastructure services), Ubuntu environments, Docker containerization, and GitHub Actions (Automated testing and deployment workflows).

Operational Details

• Location: Fully Remote.

• Schedule: On-call 7 days a week (Requires high flexibility to handle real-time production hotfixes, deployment validation, and global engineering alignment).
