Senior Social Media Manager & AI Video Content Creator (Italian and English)

About the role:

We are looking for a high-level professional who can independently manage the social media presence of multiple brands, specializing in premium video production and content creation.

Our ideal candidate would have:

• Proven experience managing social media accounts across all major platforms.
• Exceptional skills in video editing, motion graphics, and animation.
• Advanced use of AI tools for content creation, video editing, and creative optimization.
• Ability to develop original content concepts, innovative formats, and effective editorial strategies.
• Strong graphic design skills and an excellent aesthetic sense.
• Experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Native/Fluent Italian AND English (written and spoken) IS A MUST; Spanish is considered a strong plus.
• Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with the availability to manage multiple ongoing projects.

We also value very positively:

• Previous experience in the medical, healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, or longevity industries.
• A portfolio showcasing high-quality videos, reels, and successful social media campaigns.

Compensation

The collaboration will initially be project-based, with the following rates:

• €50 for each edited video
• €20 for each static social media post

For the right candidate, there is a strong opportunity to transition into a long-term monthly collaboration, with compensation reviewed based on performance, reliability, and workload.

Recruitment Process

The selection process consists of two stages:

1. Initial interview.
2. A practical video editing assignment, based on a creative brief provided by us, designed to evaluate your creativity, technical skills, storytelling ability, AI proficiency, and overall production quality.
