What you will be doing:

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Sitecore Developer to join a high-impact digital transformation initiative for a leading Hospital System and Academic Medical Center. In this role, you will help build and enhance a modern patient-facing digital experience that enables patients and caregivers to easily discover care pathways, healthcare services, providers, and resources.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, configure, and maintain a scalable web platform leveraging Sitecore XM Cloud, Next.js, and enterprise digital experience technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience developing solutions with Sitecore AI/XM Cloud and modern Sitecore technologies.

• Strong understanding of Sitecore content management capabilities, including: Templates, Layouts, Renderings, Placeholders, Content workflows, User roles and security configuration. 

• Strong proficiency with Next.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development.

• Experience integrating and configuring enterprise Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms such as Sitecore DAM, Bynder, Adobe Experience Manager Assets, or similar solutions.

• Experience building scalable, enterprise-grade web applications.

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and system integrations.

• Ability to work effectively within distributed and cross-functional teams.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have Skills

• Sitecore Certified Developer certification.

• Experience with Tailwind CSS and modern frontend development practices.

• Experience implementing and configuring enterprise search platforms such as Coveo, SearchStax, Algolia, or similar technologies.

• Familiarity with healthcare, patient engagement, or large-scale digital experience platforms.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
