Roles & Responsibilities:
Drive the creation of sales-qualified opportunities and maintain a robust pipeline through strategic outbound and inbound prospecting.
Conduct in-depth account mapping and source leads that align precisely with our target customer personas.
Leverage modern AI solutions to enhance prospect research and deliver tailored messaging.
Initiate new business partnerships utilizing diverse channels including phone, email, and social media to showcase MoEngage solutions.
Identify and articulate how MoEngage can effectively address prospect challenges regarding user engagement and retention.
Engage with key stakeholders to evaluate purchase authority, budget availability, and implementation timelines.
Nurture prospect relationships through consistent, high-quality communication to guide opportunities through the sales funnel.
Partner with Marketing to qualify inbound interest and ensure seamless handoffs to the Sales team.
Work in tandem with Account Executives to execute in-territory mapping and prioritize key accounts.
Collaborate with the Sales Development Manager to hit weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline targets and KPIs.
Maintain meticulous records in the CRM, ensuring data accuracy for all prospective client interactions and dashboards.
Contribute to organizational growth by sharing and adopting industry-leading best practices.
This role is directly accountable for driving business and revenue growth across various organizational sectors.
