About the role:

As Senior AI Software Development Engineer in Test, you will guide and mentor internationally distributed teams of cross-functional Quality professionals trained in quality assurance, development, and project management. You will coordinate multiple test projects in partnership with project managers and other stakeholders. You will design, document, execute, and automate tests critical to ensuring the stability and successful functioning of a variety of products.

Profile we are looking for:

• You are a hands-on, technical Quality professional with 5+ years of software development experience in Agile quality organizations and/or project management.

• You have experience mentoring engineers in agile development teams, and in contributing to agile quality processes.

• You have experience delivering SaaS systems/platforms, modern Javascript applications, or other web-based products.

• You have a deep understanding of web browsers, servers, security, APIs, and performance.

• You understand test automation frameworks and CI/CD.

• You have hands-on experience leveraging AI agents (e.g., LLM-based tools, autonomous test agents) to enhance and accelerate software testing workflows, including test case generation, defect triage, and regression analysis.

• You are familiar with prompt engineering techniques and tool-use patterns for AI agents, and can apply them to create intelligent test harnesses that interact with APIs, UIs, or backend systems.

• You have experience evaluating and adopting AI-powered testing platforms or frameworks (such as Applitools, or custom LLM-based agents) to improve test coverage and reduce manual testing effort.

• You have contributed to designing agentic testing pipelines where AI agents are embedded in CI/CD workflows to perform exploratory testing, flag regressions, and report findings automatically.
  You are able to code proficiently in a modern development language.
