Job Summary

The Senior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing the Salesforce platform to support business processes and ensure system efficiency. This role works closely with business stakeholders, developers, and leadership to enhance CRM capabilities, maintain data integrity, and drive user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Administration

      Manage daily administration of the Salesforce platform including user setup, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security controls.

      Configure and maintain objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, and flows.

      Customize Salesforce to meet evolving business requirements.

System Configuration & Automation

      Design and implement Flows, Process Builder, and automation tools to streamline business processes.

      Configure reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide business insights.

      Manage data imports, exports, and data cleansing activities.

Stakeholder Collaboration

      Work with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.

      Provide guidance on best practices for Salesforce configuration and usage.

      Support cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations.

Release & Change Management

      Manage Salesforce releases, deployments, and change management processes.

      Perform sandbox testing, UAT coordination, and production deployments.

      Maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.

Data Management & Security

      Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance standards are maintained.

      Implement and manage data security policies, sharing rules, and compliance requirements.

User Support & Training

      Provide Level 2/3 support for Salesforce users.

      Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to improve adoption.


 



Requirements


Required Qualifications

      5–8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

      Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

      Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.

      Hands-on experience with Flows, Reports, Dashboards, and Data Management tools.

      Understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, sharing rules).

      Experience with Data Loader, Workbench, and other Salesforce admin tools.

      Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

      Salesforce Certified Administrator

      Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification

      Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

      Knowledge of integration concepts and APIs
