Ship high-quality features with speed and precision
Work across a lean, modern stack (Rails 8+, Hotwire, Stimulus, Turbo, TailwindCSS)
Scale with PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, and deploy on Heroku
Push continuous delivery in a Kanban-driven, result-oriented environment
Collaborate remotely, meet in person a few times a year, and enjoy our Berlin HQ
What we’re looking for
7+ years of engineering experience
Ruby expert, always curious about the latest versions
Obsessed with building robust, high quality systems
Great communicator in English (no Shakespeare required)
Pragmatic: you care about results, not ceremonies
