  • Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and support teams to validate features and resolve issues;
  • Handle support tickets, reproduce issues, and follow them through to resolution;
  • Contribute to release and patch planning, including impact assessment and validation of fixes;
  • Maintain and optimize regression test suites with a risk-based approach;
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and continuously improve QA processes and ways of working.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in software testing, preferably on complex business applications;
  • Strong knowledge of the full QA lifecycle and testing methodologies;
  • Excellent manual testing skills and ability to derive test scenarios independently;
  • Proven experience in defect investigation and root cause analysis;
  • Hands-on experience with log analysis and monitoring tools (e.g., Elastic, DataDog);
  • Experience with Playwright automation (executing and contributing to test suites);
  • Strong API testing skills using tools like Postman;
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, GitLab, and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow);
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and multi-environment testing;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently, with strong ownership and a proactive mindset;
  • Experience working in Agile teams.
