About N.Rich

N.Rich is the Account-Based Go-to-Market Platform best suited for fast-growing mid-market and enterprise companies. We've been recognized in the 2023 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Account-Based Marketing Platforms report and we're the only provider headquartered in Europe.

Customers use N.Rich to reach their revenue goals by discovering and engaging with enterprise buyers over long sales cycles. N.Rich combines intent data, predictive analytics and strong advertising capabilities with an easy to use platform.

N.Rich is well-positioned for hypergrowth during the next few years following the surge of demand in intent data, account-based marketing, and transformative go-to-market strategies, so it's a perfect timing for joining our team.

Our Culture

At N.Rich, culture isn't a set of perks - it's how we work. We're a remote-first team spread across time zones, united by four values we actually hold ourselves to: C.O.R.E.

Context & System Thinking. We don't make decisions in a vacuum. We zoom out, connect the dots, and understand how our work fits the bigger picture - whether that's a product decision, a hire, or a customer interaction.

Ownership. We don't wait to be told. When something needs doing, we take it on, see it through, and own the outcome - good or bad. Accountability isn't a policy here; it's a default.

Radical Candor. We say what we think - directly, respectfully, and in time to matter. Feedback flows in every direction, and honest conversations are how we grow, not something we avoid.

Execution at Scale. We move fast and build things that last. We care about quality and momentum equally, and we push ourselves to deliver work that holds up as the company grows.

We're ambitious and remote-first by design - not by circumstance. If you thrive with autonomy, think in systems, and want your work to mean something, you'll fit right in.

📌About the Role

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to help own quality across a data-heavy B2B product. This is a hands-on individual-contributor role: you shape the test strategy, verify that what ships is correct - not just that it renders - and personally find the bugs nobody scripted. You work across the stack - UIs, APIs, integrations, and data in the database - and engage early, before code is written.

What matters most: our product turns intent signals and campaign data into decisions marketers act on. We want a QA who cares about what the data means - who understands, or can quickly learn, ABM, B2B marketing, and the value behind every number on the screen - so your testing protects real outcomes, not just pixels.

🙋‍♂️About the Team

You will join a cross-functional team with developers, a Designer, and Data Science. You would be our second QA - a peer, not a manager; this is an individual-contributor role first (a lead scope may come later, but isn't the ask today). We run without dedicated Product Managers: features are owned by rotating feature leads, and we'd expect you to shape and sometimes lead one. There is no QA hierarchy to hide behind - you own quality outcomes directly and raise the bar by coaching developers on testability. We value ownership and pragmatic testing over process for its own sake.

🎯Must-Haves

  • Product & domain fluency - understands ABM and B2B marketing (or ramps into it fast) and grasps the meaning and value behind the data in the product; cares about the real problem behind a user's issue, shapes acceptance criteria, and - in a team with no dedicated PM - can run a feature as lead

  • 5+ years in QA / test engineering at a senior scope

  • Test automation in JavaScript / TypeScript (Playwright or equivalent); writes stable e2e and integration tests and contributes them even where developers own the framework

  • Solid API testing - REST contracts, payloads, error and failure modes, integration seams between systems

  • Strong SQL and relational databases - independently verifies data correctness (reconciliation, aggregate sanity checks, source-of-truth alignment, derived metrics) and tests complex backend-driven features (database schemas, scheduled/cron jobs, data flows), not UI-only

  • Test-data management - seeds realistic, controlled datasets and fixtures so tests are repeatable and meaningful, without flakiness from shared or shifting data

  • Exploratory / risk-based testing - takes an unfamiliar feature and finds where it breaks without a scripted plan

  • Comfortable debugging from real signals - Chrome DevTools, application logs, and Grafana dashboards

  • Proficiency with AI-assisted testing - test generation, self-healing automation, defect triage - to increase coverage and cut maintenance

  • Shift-left - engages before code (specs, PRs, testability) rather than only at the end

  • Comfortable with Docker and CI/CD (e.g. GitLab CI); wires tests into the pipeline and debugs failures there

  • Works independently and owns what gets tested and what risk is acceptable

  • Fluent English

✨Nice-to-Haves

  • Testing of advertising / ad-tech / marketing platforms

  • Integration testing across Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads

  • Comfort speaking with clients / client-facing communication

  • Performance / load testing (k6, JMeter, Locust or equivalent) at realistic data volumes

  • Asynchronous / event-driven correctness - eventual consistency, retries, out-of-order and duplicate-message handling (queues, webhooks, Kafka)

  • Analytical databases (ClickHouse) and large-data-volume testing

  • Privacy / data-protection concepts relevant to advertising

  • Russian language proficiency

☺️What's in It for You?

  • Fully remote-first work environment with flexible hours.

  • A chance to shape quality on a high-scale B2B SaaS product used by enterprise customers.

  • Real autonomy and decision-making power, with the standing to influence quality and product direction.

  • Strong engineering culture that values ownership, pragmatism, and impact over rigid process.

  • Competitive compensation under a contracting model.
