Your expertise in cloud platforms, particularly Docker and Kubernetes, will be instrumental in driving our infrastructure forward. What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python frameworks, primarily Django and Flask.
- Collaborate with frontend developers and product managers to define and implement RESTful APIs that enhance user experiences.
- Optimize existing applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline the deployment process and improve product delivery.
- Work with relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases to design efficient data models and queries.
- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to best practices in software engineering.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our backend architecture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on Python, preferably using Django or Flask.
- Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases, with a solid understanding of data modeling and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD practices and tools to enhance software delivery and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fully remote setting.

- Familiarity with FastAPI for building modern web APIs.
- Experience in working with cloud platforms like AWS.
