We’re expanding our remote Client Services team and are looking for an experienced Senior Market Research Project Manager to own the full project lifecycle, from bid to invoice. In this role, you’ll collaborate across the business, act as a connector between teams, and help us delight customers while growing our impact.

If you’re a Mexico-based, client-focused, results-driven market research professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • End-to-end project leadership: Lead multiple market research projects from proposal acceptance through final invoicing, delivering on time, on budget, and to scope
  • Client partnership: Serve as the primary point of contact—clarifying objectives, managing expectations, and providing proactive recommendations throughout the engagement
  • Risk management & problem-solving: Identify risks early, remove blockers, and keep projects moving while surfacing opportunities to expand or deepen client partnerships
  • Bid & proposal development: Partner with Sales and Research to build compelling proposals, pricing, and feasibility assessments that set projects up for success
  • Operational execution: Oversee survey programming, translations, data collection, and field reporting to ensure smooth delivery and high-quality outputs
  • Quality control: Implement best practices that protect data integrity and raise the bar on accuracy, reporting quality, and client satisfaction
  • Budget & financial ownership: Track budgets, manage costs, and ensure accurate, timely invoicing and financial processing
  • Cross-functional coordination: Align internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution across time zones and functions

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of market research project management experience in a client-facing role; prior healthcare experience strongly preferred
  • English: Professional-level English (verbal and written)
  • Communication skills: Clear, confident communicator who can translate needs into action and present recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
  • Client-first mindset: Strong relationship builder with a focus on outcomes, responsiveness, and long-term value creation
  • Technical skills: Proficiency with market research tools, methodologies, and project management systems (e.g., Decipher, Confirmit, Salesforce, Tableau, MS Excel, etc.)
  • Attention to detail: Highly organized with strong analytical skills; able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Problem-solving ability: Resourceful and data-driven; able to navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Results-driven: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accountability
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • AI-enabled tools: Comfortable leveraging AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows, improve response quality, and increase speed without compromising data integrity or customer experience

Why Konovo:

  • Be part of a mission-driven company that is revolutionizing healthcare decision-making.
  • Join a fast-growing global team with career advancement opportunities.
  • Thrive in a collaborative, remote work environment that values innovation and flexibility.
  • Make a real-world impact by helping healthcare organizations innovate faster.
