You will lead the delivery of a new legal and contract management platform, coordinating between business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners. Responsibilities include managing project scope, budgets, risks, and preparing users for the platform through training and adoption activities.
Epico is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager for a remote, part-time consulting assignment with an international organization. You will lead the delivery of a new platform for legal matters and contracts, helping Legal and Procurement teams work in a more structured and connected way.
You will take responsibility for day-to-day delivery, bringing the first release into use and preparing for a wider international rollout.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
Agree on the scope and priorities for the first release.
Coordinate business stakeholders, IT teams and the implementation partner.
Manage delivery plans, budget, risks and changes.
Keep sponsors informed and support clear decisions.
Prepare users for the new platform through training and adoption activities.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in senior project or programme management who has:
Led an enterprise business-system implementation from early planning through to go-live.
Delivered a contract management, legal matter management, document management or comparable system supporting Legal or Procurement.
Managed delivery involving Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dataverse or SharePoint.
Worked with senior stakeholders and external implementation partners in an international organization.
You should be comfortable combining structured project governance with agile delivery and keeping both business and technical teams moving towards the same goal.
Experience with regulated environments, data migration or e-signature integrations would be useful.
Start: ASAP.
Duration: 12 months, with a possible extension.
Workload: 50%, approximately 20 hours per week.
Location: Remote, with Central European working hours and limited travel.
