Overview

Looking to make an impact? We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to support our client in California state government. Through your product thinking, prioritization, and delivery expertise, you’ll help shape technology decisions for the state that will impact millions of Californians.

At MO you’ll collaborate with service designers, data scientists, and engineers to understand customer and user problems, define MVPs and mature solution iterations, lead implementation efforts, and develop adoption and change management plans to ensure success.

How will you spend your time? 85% of your time will be dedicated to billable contract work, with the remaining 15% focused on growing our product practice at MO, contributing to our culture, and supporting business development.

How will you be expected to use AI? We believe AI is fundamentally changing how we build solutions and drive outcomes for our clients. We thoughtfully leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, improve decision-making, reduce manual work, and produce higher-quality deliverables. We value curiosity, experimentation, and a willingness to continuously evolve how we work as AI capabilities advance.

What makes a successful candidate? If you have experience driving solution life cycles from proof of concept to roadmapping and execution, and have a proven track record of fostering strong relationships between clients and cross-functional teams, we’d love to hear from you.
