THE MISSION: Product management in the AI era
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager who will be responsible for driving the success of key components of our next-generation learning platform. This is a high impact individual contributor role, working closely with other product managers, product design, and development to create experiences our customers love that drive measurable impact for the business.
WHAT YOU’LL DO (The Impact)

- Prototype with AI: Leverage AI-assisted tools to rapidly prototype concepts, accelerate feedback loops, and reduce time from idea to validated solution.
- Drive pre-development estimation: Lead exercises that inform business trade-off discussions and scope conversations.
- Lead customer & market research: Conduct discovery sessions and market research specific to your product areas.
- Define requirements: Translate business and functional requirements into clear, actionable user stories for development teams.
- Communicate progress: Provide regular product updates and roadmap progress to stakeholders across the organization.
- Own prioritization: Balance stakeholder needs, business value, and level of effort to make clear, defensible calls on what gets built and when.
- Define & track metrics: Establish and monitor key product metrics within your product area.
- Build trusted relationships: Collaborate across leadership, engineering, and customer success to drive alignment.
- Champion continuous improvement: Guide process improvements within your development teams and across the product organization.
