About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the product strategy and execution of part of commercial and agronomical solutions for Yara Europe. This role plays a key part in shaping our digital ecosystem, driving customer engagement and retention through high-impact platform capabilities that deliver measurable value to farmers, partners, and the business.
You will own the product lifecycle end-to-end—from defining customer needs and setting strategic direction to delivering impactful features and continuously optimizing performance. You will operate at both strategic and execution levels, navigating ambiguity and leading cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a key domain within our farmers and retailers portfolio, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer outcomes
- Own product performance end-to-end, including strategy, planning, execution, and continuous optimization based on data-driven insights
- Lead the development of core platform capabilities, including reward ecosystems and digital tools for retailers, ensuring scalability and long-term value creation
- Partner closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver seamless, high-quality user experiences and robust, scalable solutions
- Ensure effective integration with CRM and other commercial systems, enabling operational excellence and commercial impact
- Define, track, and act on key performance metrics (e.g., engagement, redemption, sales accepted leads), translating insights into product improvements and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with User Research and Commercial teams to identify opportunities, validate solutions, and build strong business cases for investment
- Act as a key interface between regional teams, central technology, and senior stakeholders, driving alignment, transparency, and timely delivery
Profile
- 7+ years of overall product management experience, including at least 2-3 years as a Senior or Lead Product Manager, ideally in commercial platforms, customer engagement, or digital ecosystems.
- Proven track record of owning products end-to-end, with demonstrated experience building and launching digital products from discovery through launch and iteration, and driving measurable business outcomes post-launch.
- Demonstrated ability to influence strategy in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Solid understanding of product lifecycle management, Agile methodologies, and modern product practices.
- Experience working in technical domains such as platform integrations, APIs, and data-driven products.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into clear decisions and business impact.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.
