About the Client
The company has been building solutions for mobile apps, effortless payment, business travel, and advertising since 1992. The customer is developing a mobility platform that allows operators to manage their vehicles and drivers efficiently, regulators to be informed and establish guidelines, service providers to deliver sustainable solutions, and riders to have an effortless transit experience.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations to identify high-impact business challenges and opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
- Define, prioritize, and deliver AI agents and workflows that improve efficiency, reduce costs and enhance customer experience.
- Design end-to-end solutions, including agent architecture, prompts, integrations, automation logic, monitoring, and success metrics.
- Build and prototype AI-powered solutions using modern agent frameworks and collaborate with engineering teams.
- Develop intelligent systems for automation, analytics, forecasting, anomaly detection, monitoring, and decision support across the organization.
- Continuously measure performance, optimize outcomes, and ensure every solution delivers tangible business value.
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Product Manager with a strong focus on delivering user-centric products and driving measurable business outcomes.
- Solid technical understanding of software development, APIs, AI tools, and modern product architecture.
- Hands-on experience working with AI/LLM solutions, agents, prompt engineering, or similar technologies (Claude, Claude Code оr Claude Agent SDK).
- Ability to translate business needs into product initiatives and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and deliver results quickly.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with agentic workflows, AI evaluation methods, and enterprise tool integrations is a plus.
- Experience with SQL, modern data platforms, RAG systems, MCP, or multi-agent architectures is highly desirable.
- Background in strategy, consulting, marketplaces, mobility, or other complex business domains is an advantage.
