Senior Product Designer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer with strong UX/UI skills to contribute to the design of a technical Business-as-Code and workflow orchestration platform.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end design initiatives across user research, journey mapping, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and implementation support. You will work on projects that include improving the customer purchase journey, identifying friction across conversion funnels, evolving a component library, and design system.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or similar roles

• Strong experience owning end-to-end product design initiatives

• Proven experience conducting qualitative research, stakeholder interviews, and user interviews

• Experience mapping user journeys, service experiences, or conversion funnels and translating findings into product decisions

• Excellent visual design

• Experience designing and maintaining component libraries or design systems

• Advanced proficiency with Figma, including design systems, components, variables, and reusable patterns

• Strong experience designing complex B2B, enterprise, SaaS, or data-intensive products

• C1 English level is required
