About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to support multiple product streams and help scale design output across the Kiefer Tech product portfolio.

This role requires strong product thinking, high ownership, active use of AI tools, and the ability to turn product ideas into clear, practical designs ready for development.

What you will do:

• Design UX/UI for multiple AI-powered products

• Work closely with Product Manager and Engineers on feature delivery

• Deliver clear, implementation-ready designs

• Improve usability and consistency across products

• Contribute to design patterns and reusable components

• Support faster product iteration cycles

What you will need:

• 4+ years of experience in Product Design / UX/UI

• Strong UX thinking and structured problem-solving

• Proficiency with Figma or similar tools

• Ability to work across multiple priorities simultaneously

• Experience collaborating with engineering teams

• Practical and delivery-oriented mindset

Nice to have

• Experience designing AI-powered products

• Familiarity with LLM interfaces and AI workflows

• Background in enterprise or B2B product
