Responsibilities

- +5 years of proven experience in managing SharePoint and Microsoft 365 projects, preferably involving the migration of document repositories or content management platforms.

- Experience in projects involving Box, document management platforms, Information Governance, or Enterprise Content Migration will be considered an advantage.

- Ability to support the development of business cases, including options analysis, definition of the implementation approach, cost estimates, benefits, and risk management.

- Strong experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders, including executive-level management.

- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, governance, planning, RAID management, change control, dependency management, and Steering Committee preparation.

- Experience working in regulated environments, validated applications, audit processes, controlled testing, and formal approval and sign-off procedures will be considered a plus.

- Experience in Change Management, including impact assessment, communications, training, adoption support, and organizational change readiness.

- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and nearshore/offshore delivery teams.

- Autonomous, organized, and resilient professional, comfortable working in high-visibility environments with demanding deadlines and constantly evolving priorities.
