We are looking for a Mid/Senior Penetration Tester to join our growing Offensive Team (Unit 13) - In this role, you’ll conduct a wide range of offensive security assessments, collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, and help shape our penetration testing methodologies and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
As a Mid to Senior Penetration Tester, you will:
Conduct comprehensive penetration tests and vulnerability assessments across web applications, APIs, microservices, mobile applications, cloud environments, IT/OT infrastructure, and Wi-Fi networks.
Lead phishing simulations and red teaming engagements.
Collaborate closely with other penetration testers to enhance clients' overall security posture.
Prepare detailed technical reports and executive-level presentations, clearly communicating findings, associated risks, and recommended remediation strategies.
Develop and refine internal testing methodologies and offensive security tools.
Lead or support on-site client engagements (occasional short-term travel within Greece may be required).
Contribute to research and development in offensive security techniques, tooling, and emerging threat landscapes.
Stay informed of the latest vulnerabilities, exploits, and cybersecurity trends.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
A minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in penetration testing, including areas such as web applications, APIs, cloud environments, infrastructure, and mobile platforms. Please note: this is not an entry-level position.
Skilled in application-level security testing, including technical assessments, source code reviews, and thick client security testing.
Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as C, C++, C#, Python, or Golang.
One or more relevant certifications, such as OSCP, OSCE, OSWE, OSEP, GPEN, GWAPT, GXPN, CRTP, CRTE, or similar.
Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills, with experience presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated experience in leading penetration testing teams or mentoring junior team members.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred:
Master’s degree in Cybersecurity or a related field.
Experience leading penetration testing teams or mentoring junior colleagues.
Proven expertise in scoping and planning penetration testing engagements.
Strong skills in application-level security testing, including technical assessments, source code reviews, and thick client testing.
