About this Role
We're looking for a Senior Paid Media Specialist (Meta) to lead high-performing paid social campaigns across Meta platforms while helping scale multiple e-commerce brands. You'll own strategy, execution, optimization, experimentation, and performance, working closely with Creative, Brand, and Growth teams to drive measurable business outcomes.
Success in this role isn't measured by how many campaigns you launch—it's measured by how consistently you improve ROAS, lower acquisition costs, uncover new growth opportunities, and scale profitable campaigns.
You could be a great fit if...
You have a deep understanding of Meta advertising and know how to scale campaigns profitably.
You enjoy analysing data, spotting trends, and making decisions backed by performance insights.
You constantly test new audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and campaign structures instead of relying on a single winning formula.
You know how creative and media buying work together to improve campaign performance.
You can confidently manage multiple brands and advertising budgets without losing attention to detail.
You proactively identify performance issues and solve them before they impact results.
You're curious about new advertising platforms, AI tools, and emerging paid media strategies.
You enjoy sharing knowledge, mentoring others, and continuously improving team performance.
What You'll Do
Develop, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger) with TikTok as a secondary focus.
Own campaign performance across multiple ecommerce brands, ensuring budgets, pacing, and KPIs are consistently achieved.
Audit existing advertising accounts to identify opportunities for better structure, targeting, creative performance, and profitability.
Design and execute continuous A/B testing across audiences, creatives, landing pages, bidding strategies, and campaign objectives.
Partner closely with Creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives based on campaign insights and customer behaviour.
Analyse campaign performance and translate data into actionable recommendations that improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging advertising opportunities.
Collaborate with Growth, Brand, Creative, and Analytics teams to execute integrated marketing strategies.
Support experimentation initiatives and contribute ideas that improve campaign performance and operational efficiency.
Mentor junior paid media specialists and promote best practices across the team.
Requirements
6–8 years of hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns in a performance marketing, ecommerce, or digital agency environment.
Proven experience managing high-budget campaigns with a strong track record of improving ROAS, reducing CPA, and scaling revenue.
Strong understanding of full-funnel performance marketing, including acquisition, remarketing, retention, and creative testing.
Advanced proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Meta Pixel.
Experience running structured A/B tests and making data-driven optimisation decisions.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and communicate actionable insights.
Experience working with Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, Tableau, Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar analytics platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple brands, campaigns, and priorities simultaneously.
Bonus Points
Experience managing TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube, Pinterest, or LinkedIn advertising.
Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate or Meta Media Buying Professional certification.
Experience working with DTC, ecommerce, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
Experience with attribution platforms such as Triple Whale, Northbeam, Hyros, or similar tools.
Familiarity with AI-powered advertising tools, automation, and creative optimisation platforms.
Experience mentoring or leading junior media buyers.
You probably shouldn't apply if...
You rely on platform automation without understanding the strategy behind campaign performance.
You rarely test new creatives, audiences, or campaign structures.
You struggle to interpret campaign data or make optimisation decisions based on performance metrics.
You prefer managing a single account instead of multiple brands with competing priorities.
You wait for performance issues to arise instead of proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
You're uncomfortable collaborating closely with Creative, Brand, and Growth teams to improve results.
You prefer highly structured environments where experimentation and rapid iteration aren't expected.
