The Role

This role combines technical expertise, project management skills, and business acumen to successfully implement NetSuite solutions and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively contribute to team objectives by participating in agile rituals (daily meetings, retrospectives, post-mortems, etc.) and adhering to delivery standards.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to translate business needs into actionable work items.
  • Participate in study phases, refine requirements, and write User Stories.
  • Design and execute comprehensive test cases to ensure the quality of deliverables.
  • Prepare functional documentation.
  • Support manual regression testing campaigns and contribute to automation efforts to enhance application robustness.
  • Provide Level 3 application support.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, PDCA, etc.).
  • Help achieve project objectives and performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Estimate workload, track progress, and communicate regularly on task status. 
  • Support manual regression testing campaigns and contribute to automation efforts to enhance application robustness.
  • Provide Level 3 application support.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 3–5 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
  • 2–4 years of experience with NetSuite ERP implementations
  • Proven track record in leading successful NetSuite implementations
  • Proficiency in NetSuite ERP and its core modules (financials, project accounting, purchasing, sales order processing, manufacturing)
  • Experience with NetSuite OneWorld and multi-subsidiary environments
  • Knowledge of SuiteAnalytics and SuiteFlow

Core Skills

  • Functional design
  • Writing User Stories and documentation
  • Knowledge of testing standards
  • Writing and executing test scenarios
  • Basic understanding of Lean-Agile delivery models is a plus

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
