About the role
As Senior Manager – Modern Slavery, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for The Salvation Army's Modern Slavery Services across Australia. You will lead a highly specialised portfolio at the intersection of modern slavery and family, domestic and sexual violence, ensuring services are innovative, evidence-informed and centred on the needs of victim-survivors.
Working collaboratively across government, philanthropy, the community sector and internal stakeholders, you will drive national consistency, strengthen service delivery and position The Salvation Army as a recognised leader in this critical and evolving sector.
Reporting to the General Manager, this is a national leadership role that can be based anywhere in Australia. Leading a small team of specialist direct reports, you will provide strategic oversight of The Salvation Army's Modern Slavery Services, driving service excellence, growth and sector leadership across the country.
Salary is in accordance with SCHADS Award Level 8, plus superannuation and access to salary packaging benefits, with ability to be negotiated with the successful candidate based on experience.
