Position Summary

Direct activities of the team including overseeing and coordinating Scrum events, ensuring that any obstacles or impediments that hinder the team's progress are identified and addressed. Provide coaching and mentoring to the team and other stakeholders, fostering collaboration and effective communication across teams, and supporting the Product Model and product backlog management and prioritization. Develop strategy to monitor and measure the team's progress through established metrics, promoting self-organization and autonomy among team members, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain an agile governance framework, including policies, procedures, and standards across the organization

  • Lead agile adoption efforts by partnering with cross-functional teams, driving roadmap execution, and securing stakeholder buy-in

  • Design and implement project management tools, tracking systems, and collaboration platforms to enhance team productivity and efficiency

  • Conduct research and leverage industry benchmarks, case studies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in agile practices

  • Provide insights and visibility into agile initiatives through reporting, while supporting cross-functional collaboration and leadership updates, including financial and status reporting


Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of work experience in Agile Practice Management

  • Demonstrated expertise in execution and delivery, including effective planning, implementation, and ongoing support of initiatives

  • Strong business intelligence capabilities, with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions and drive outcomes

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in team environments, fostering strong cross-functional partnerships

  • Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and deliver practical solutions

  • Demonstrated growth mindset, including adaptability, continuous self-development, and a commitment to developing others


Preferred Qualifications

  • Project/Program Management experience

  • Knowledge of Medicare and/or Medicaid

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$130,295.00 - $260,590.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
