The Senior Live Service Growth Manager will own the P&L and growth strategy across VOID Interactive’s live service portfolio, focusing on data, economy, and live operations. They will also present P&L performance and strategic recommendations to studio leadership.
Senior Live Service Growth Manager
We're VOID Interactive, the kickass team behind the best-selling FPS game, Ready or Not. We're made up of some seriously talented individuals who love games and creating awesome content together.
As our Senior Live Service Growth Manager, you’ll own the P&L and growth strategy across VOID Interactive’s live service portfolio. You’ll build and run the systems that make our publishing slate sustainable as it scales: data, economy, and live operations.
In this role, you'll be expected to:
Live Service P&L Ownership
- Own the P&L across VOID’s live service portfolio, including titles already in market and projects entering launch.
- Set the strategic direction for how our live service content creates value for players and the business, with real emphasis on customisation, identity, and long-term engagement.
- Translate player behaviour, retention, and monetisation signals into commercial decisions: pricing, content cadence, promotion strategy, offer design.
- Present P&L performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to studio leadership and ownership.
Economy and Monetisation Design
- Build economy frameworks that scale across the live calendar: battle passes, stores, pricing, consumables, progression, currency.
- Design and ship monetisation features alongside design, production, and engineering, turning concepts into shippable systems and a steady content cadence.
- Coordinate monetisation execution across the live calendar: seasonal beats, in-game merchandising, promotions, special initiatives. Keep delivery realistic and don’t overcommit the team.
Data, Analytics, and Infrastructure
- Own the architecture and rollout of VOID’s data warehouse, attribution stack, and analytics infrastructure across the live portfolio.
- Lead vendor evaluation and selection for MMP, BI, and CRM platforms in coordination with studio leadership.
- Define and stand up cohort frameworks, retention reporting, and the core KPIs we’ll measure across UA, monetisation, and engagement.
- Run the analytics function as a player-coach. Write the queries, build the dashboards, then scale the team as the business case justifies it.
Player Insight and Cross-Functional Partnership
- Stay close to player feedback and performance signals. Watch how monetised content affects satisfaction, retention, and sentiment, and adjust the plan when the data says to.
- Partner with Marketing and Publishing on UA, lifecycle, and pricing strategy.
- Set the working models with internal teams and external partners (including our publishing team at Miniboss) so content gets produced efficiently and lands with the right player context.
Here's what you'll be bringing to the team:
- 7+ years in live service, F2P, or growth roles at game studios or publishers, with leadership-track responsibilities.
- Proven ownership of a live service P&L at scale, with revenue and retention outcomes you can point to.
- Hands-on experience designing battle passes, stores, pricing, progression, and economy balance for F2P or hybrid titles.
- Strong technical chops, including SQL, cohort analysis, segmentation, A/B testing, and the underlying data infrastructure decisions.
- Experience leading or scoping data warehouse builds, MMP integrations, and attribution stack setup.
- Confidence presenting strategy and performance insights to senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Product, Analytics, Game Design, or equivalent experience.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience scaling live service operations from launch through year-three lifecycle.
- Track record of building monetisation strategy from scratch on titles without existing brand equity.
- Familiarity with platform pricing constraints, regulatory considerations, fraud prevention, and consumer trust.
- Experience with tools like Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Braze, or similar BI and CRM platforms.
- Console, PC, and mobile live service experience with platform-specific considerations.
- Strong taste in games and a player-first approach to monetisation design.
