Senior/Lead Python Developer

We are looking for a Senior / Lead Python Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative, data-driven solutions in a research-oriented environment.

In this role, you will work on complex systems involving real-time data processing, machine learning pipelines, and hardware-software integration. You will play a key role in designing and building scalable solutions, while also providing technical leadership and contributing to R&D initiatives.

The role combines backend development, data engineering, and AI/ML expertise, with a strong focus on real-time systems and full-stack development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain systems for:
  • Real-time signal processing
    
  • Data pipelines and ML workflows
    
• Build and integrate solutions involving hardware and software components
  
• Design and develop full-stack applications connected to data acquisition systems
  
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in R&D contexts
  
• Contribute to technical decision-making and architecture design
  
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability
  
• Support experimentation and prototyping in ambiguous environments
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development
  
• Strong proficiency in:

• Experience with:

• Hands-on experience with backend development:

  • APIs
    
  • WebSockets
    
  • MQTT
    
• Experience with modern development stacks:
