Job Description:
- Lead IT transition activities for M&A and divestiture projects
- Manage infrastructure, systems, applications, and data migration/separation efforts
- Coordinate work across IT, HR, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams
- Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and keep projects on track
- Lead meetings and provide updates to executive leadership teams (ELT)
- Ensure smooth business operations during organizational transitions
- Drive timelines, project plans, and stakeholder communication
Requirement:
- Strong experience managing M&A or divestiture projects
- Experience with IT infrastructure and system transition projects
- Ability to work across multiple business departments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Executive-level presentation and leadership abilities
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills
- Ability to work CST/CT business hours
