About the position

As a (Senior) Influencer Marketing Manager, you will strengthen our Spanish Performance Team with a clear strategy, an extensive network of creators, and measurable performance—working 100% remotely from Spain. You won't just plan campaigns; you will significantly drive our brand forward using your existing network, your eye for trends, and your performance expertise.


Your mission

  • You will manage the full cycle of influencer campaigns, taking charge of every phase from initial research, planning to final execution and managing after postings.
  • You will identify the right creators, build long-lasting relationships, and handle contract negotiations to secure the best partners for our brand.
  • You will manage all active collaborations holistically, from campaign coordination to final evaluation.
  • You will continuously monitor performance, analyzing relevant metrics and deriving actions for goal-oriented optimization.
  • You will detect relevant trends in influencer marketing early on and apply them strategically to our brand.


What you bring along

  • You have 2+ years of experience in performance-based influencer marketing and know exactly which levers contribute to a campaign’s success.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and feel confident navigating data. You have a deep understanding of performance KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CPM, and you know how to use these metrics to steer your decisions.
  • You have your own network of relevant influencers. You build relationships strategically, maintain them long-term, and create collaborations that offer real value to both parties.
  • You communicate clearly, empathetically, and persuasively, demonstrating a sharp instinct in daily negotiations.
  • You are proficient in tools such as Storyclash, Klar, Holistics, or similar platforms to manage campaigns based on data and optimize them continuously.
  • You analyze with precision, have a great eye for trends, and identify relevant personalities, platforms, and developments in the social media sphere in detail.
  • You are a native Spanish speaker (negotiation level) and have very good English skills; this is essential for both internal and external communication.
  • You are based in Spain and have experience working in remote and multicultural environments.
