As a Senior HR Associate, you will help shape the people agenda for a fast-paced, high-growth business by partnering closely with senior leaders and business heads. This role is centered on aligning HR priorities with business needs, strengthening leadership decision-making, and supporting a high-performing organization through thoughtful, data-informed people practices.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership and business heads to drive people outcomes across high-growth, fast-paced organizations.
  • Lead workforce planning, talent management, and performance management initiatives that support business priorities and long-term organizational health.
  • Oversee PIP governance while providing leadership coaching and advisory support to managers and business leaders.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness through HR analytics, employee relations, risk mitigation, and attrition and retention strategies.
  • Support engagement and culture-building efforts, succession planning, policy development, HR compliance, and change and transformation enablement.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of HR business partnering experience, including partnering with senior leadership and business heads to support business and people outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience in workforce planning, talent and performance management, HR analytics, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
  • HR experience supporting North America-based employees.
  • Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Availability to work across multiple time zones to support employees in the US, Canada, and Mexico.
  • Experience in consulting or professional-services environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with leading HRIS platforms is a bonus.
