About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Lead to drive a brand-new incentives and lifecycle marketing program aimed at our guest community. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. You will own the strategy and end-to-end execution of CRM and lifecycle campaigns that drive rebookings, retention, and long-term engagement. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on building, executing, and influencing across many teams rather than delegating. Because the program is new and growing, you will help shape what incentives look like and how they scale.
What You Will Do
- You will partner with global country managers to define and align on incentive strategies, and work closely with finance to ensure each program is budgetarily viable.
- You will plan on a quarterly basis, then move into execution mode by writing creative briefs, running feasibility checks with the marketing operations team, and participating in creative reviews.
- You will own CRM execution from beginning to end. This includes defining the technical and feasibility requirements for the marketing operations team that handles hands-on campaign building, participating in QA, and managing the push and email campaigns tied to each market's incentives.
- You will partner with analytics to evaluate past campaign performance, then synthesize those insights into a clear story for country managers and senior leaders to guide where the program goes next. You will also leverage AI tools for reporting and use SQL to validate outputs and confirm the numbers.
Must Haves:
Your Expertise:
- You bring 10 or more years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing, ideally within a consumer-facing technology company.
- You are a CRM and lifecycle expert first and foremost, with deep, hands-on experience across owned channels including email, push, and in-app messaging, plus strong journey-building and triggered campaign experience.
- You partner exceptionally well cross-functionally and can build alignment across many stakeholders with competing priorities. You can synthesize program results and present a clear, executive-ready story to senior leadership.
- You also have basic SQL proficiency, enough to run and validate reports and double-check numbers from AI-generated outputs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- We prefer candidates from a B2C technology background over B2B.
- Experience with CRM platforms similar in architecture to Braze or Iterable is valuable, with an emphasis on understanding systems, data architecture, dynamic content, and modules rather than any single tool.
- We are especially interested in candidates who have evolved programs from ad hoc, one-off tests into centers of excellence through templatization and playbooks.
- Director-level candidates are welcome as long as they are comfortable with a fully hands-on role and no delegation.
