You will be a hands-on Lead Engineer, responsible for setting the technical direction and helping build the next generation of the platform. • Own technical direction and architecture while remaining a hands-on contributor

  • Build workplace experiences spanning desk booking, room scheduling, visitor management, analytics, and interactive floorplans

  • Design and maintain integrations with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Teams, and Stripe

  • Operate and improve GCP infrastructure: deployments, monitoring, performance, security, and reliability

  • Modernize an established enterprise platform while maintaining the reliability the customers depend on

  • Work directly with enterprise customers to understand requirements and deliver quickly

  • Define engineering standards, mentor engineers, and build the team as we hire

  • You’ll have broad ownership across the platform and the autonomy to improve systems where you see opportunities
