Senior Full Stack Developer

A Day in the Life:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications using Python, Django, React, and React Native.
• Build secure backend services, RESTful APIs, and business logic that support seamless experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Create responsive, accessible user interfaces and reusable components using React.
• Develop and enhance cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering partners to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Actively use AI tools, including Claude through our Anthropic partnership, to streamline tasks, improve the quality of your work, and share best practices with teammates while continuously seeking new ways to integrate AI into your everyday workflows
• Integrate frontend and mobile applications with backend services, databases, and third-party systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while contributing to code reviews and engineering standards.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across the full technology stack and implement solutions that improve performance, stability, and usability.
• Participate in technical design discussions and help guide architectural decisions for new features and application enhancements.
• Support automated testing, continuous integration, deployment, and production monitoring activities.
• Communicate progress, technical risks, and dependencies clearly while contributing to the successful delivery of project goals.

What it takes:

• Consultative approach and problem solving skills to successfully align digital solutions with long-term business goals of the client
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance daily work, or a strong desire to do so, including a willingness to experiment, learn, and champion AI adoption within your role
• Claude Certified Developer or Architect highly preferred; possible opportunity to obtain as a Sparq colleague
• Commitment to understanding and exceeding client expectations
• Ability to perform project oversight and execution of deliverables
