- Architect and create scalable, high-performance features across our full-stack 3D platform.
- Lead code reviews and help establish engineering standards that inspire the team.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and database schemas tailored for high-throughput use cases.
- Enhance rendering pipelines and application performance for enterprise-scale deployments.
- Collaborate closely with design, DevOps, and QA to deliver a cohesive and reliable product.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of professional development experience, particularly with React/Next.js and TypeScript.
- A solid grasp of 3D graphics programming, rendering concepts, and WebGL.
- Strong experience in MongoDB database design, query optimization, and scaling.
- Proficiency in state management libraries (Redux, Zustand) and complex application architecture.
- Experience with GLSL shader programming and tuning graphical performance.
Bonus
- Experience with containerization (Docker).
- Familiarity with A/B testing and analytics platforms.
