Senior Full Stack Developer

Main focus of the role

Build applications, services, and data solutions for international financial institutions across the full stack. You will own deliverables end-to-end, liaise directly with clients across geographies, and work across big data analytics, a financial magazine platform, and back-office systems. 

What you’ll do 

• Delivering robust, maintainable production software
• Communicating effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
• Navigating complex enterprise environments confidently
• Taking ownership from design through deployment
• Contributing positively to distributed engineering teams

To fly in your role, you’ll need

• Extensive C# / .NET Core development in production environments 

• REST API design and consumption 

• MS SQL Server performance optimisation and complex relational queries 

• Unit and integration testing with a dedicated QA team 

• Cloud experience (GCP, AWS, or Azure) including Helm charts 

• CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance 

• React — component architecture, hooks, state management (Redux / Zustand / Context) 

• Angular familiarity — able to work across both frameworks in the same organisation 

• Comprehensive HTML, CSS, JavaScript 

• Git-based version control workflows (GitHub, Bitbucket)
  

Working Enviroment

• Embedded within large international corporate clients where governance, approval gates, and formal communication processes are standard
• VDI / VPN-constrained environments where tooling may be slower, restricted, or differ from personal preferences
• Brownfield systems requiring ramp-up on existing products and resolution of live production issues
• Combination of autonomous and collaborative team-based delivery
• Cross-functional collaboration across teams in London, Johannesburg, and Cape Town
