Senior Frontend Mobile Developer

99Bright Minds is seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Mobile Developer to ensure a seamless, high-performance mobile experience across the client's bilingual digital platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering mobile-first interfaces, developing cross-platform mobile features, and optimizing applications for performance, usability, and security across iOS and Android devices. You will work closely with design, QA, backend, and DevOps teams to create scalable and engaging mobile experiences.

Requirements

• Build mobile-first, responsive interfaces that work flawlessly across iOS and Android browsers and screen sizes. 

• Develop mobile frontend features (progressive web app or cross-platform app screens) that reuse the website's APIs and content. 

• Implement Arabic RTL and English LTR support on mobile, including gestures, navigation and forms. 

• Optimize mobile performance: load time, image delivery, caching and offline behavior. 

• Integrate with backend services, the CMS and third-party systems through APIs. 

• Apply mobile security practices: secure storage, token handling and data protection. 

• Work with the UI/UX Designer on mobile patterns and with QA on device testing. 

• Document builds, configuration and release steps for the client's team. 

Requirements 

• 5 years of frontend development with a strong focus on mobile. 

• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3, with deep responsive and mobile-web experience. 

• Hands-on experience with a cross-platform framework (React Native or Flutter) and/or progressive web apps. 

• Proven delivery of bilingual Arabic/English interfaces with RTL support. 

• Experience consuming REST/GraphQL APIs and handling authentication. 

• Experience testing on real devices and fixing cross-browser issues (Safari iOS, Chrome Android). 

• At least one delivered project for a client in Saudi Arabia. 

• Proficient in Arabic and English. 

Nice to have 

• Publishing apps to the App Store and Google Play. 

• Push notifications, deep linking and analytics on mobile. 

• Experience with Azure services used by mobile clients (API Management, Notification Hubs, B2C).
