You will lead client engagements from requirements gathering through architecture and implementation of AI agent systems for healthcare organizations. Additionally, you will resolve technical challenges and share field insights with product teams to build reusable platform capabilities.
Join a healthtech team delivering AI agent deployments for large healthcare organizations. You will own technical delivery from early discovery through production launch and support, while bringing deployment insights back into reusable platform capabilities.
Lead client engagements from pre-sales demonstrations and requirements gathering through architecture, integration, implementation, and post-launch support.
Design and build production AI agent systems that connect with healthcare platforms such as EHRs, claims systems, specialty pharmacy tools, and CRMs while meeting HIPAA requirements.
Run technical working sessions and present solutions to healthcare executives and other stakeholders.
Make architectural and implementation decisions, scope integrations, and resolve technical challenges with clients.
Share field learnings with product teams and build reusable components for future deployments.
5 to 15 years of software engineering experience, including ownership of customer-facing production systems end-to-end.
Experience designing complete system architectures, producing architecture diagrams, and delivering client solutions from scoping through post-sale integration.
Healthcare or life sciences expertise, such as health insurance, patient services, specialty pharmacy, clinical operations, or HIPAA compliance.
Strong client communication skills, including leading technical sessions and presenting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Fluency in JavaScript, Node.js, TypeScript, Python, Next.js, and React, with experience using PostgreSQL, Redis, WebSockets, AWS or GCP, Docker, and CI/CD.
Experience with data and machine learning pipelines, including ETL/ELT, document ingestion, unstructured data, or predictive models.
AI agent or LLM experience, such as prompt engineering, function calling, structured outputs, guardrails, observability, orchestration, or vector stores.
Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder. Startup or high-growth company experience is valued.
Base salary is $170,000 to $205,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Remote within the United States, with New York as the primary location.
