Lead client engagements from pre-sales through implementation and post-launch support for AI agent systems. Design and build production-grade AI solutions while collaborating with product teams to improve platform capabilities.
Join a healthcare AI engineering team delivering production AI agent systems for healthcare organizations. You will own technical delivery from early client conversations through implementation and ongoing support, while bringing field learnings back to improve reusable platform capabilities.
Lead client engagements from pre-sales demonstrations and requirements gathering through architecture, integration, launch, and post-launch support.
Design and build production AI agent systems that connect with healthcare data and business systems while meeting privacy and compliance needs.
Run technical working sessions and present system designs and implementation plans to technical teams and executive stakeholders.
Make architecture and implementation decisions, scope integrations, and resolve delivery challenges with client teams.
Share insights from deployments with product and engineering teams and develop reusable components.
Five to fifteen years of software engineering experience, including ownership of end-to-end production systems and complete system architecture diagrams.
Experience delivering customer-facing software from scoping and pre-sales through implementation and support.
Healthcare or life sciences expertise, such as health insurance, patient services, specialty pharmacy, clinical operations, or HIPAA compliance.
Fluency with Python, JavaScript or TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, and React, plus cloud infrastructure experience with AWS or GCP.
Experience building data or machine learning pipelines, including ETL/ELT, document ingestion, or predictive models; experience with LLM systems or AI agents is also relevant.
Strong client communication skills and professional presence. Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
Base salary is $170,000 to $205,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Fully remote within the United States. Primary location: New York, New York.
