Lead client engagements from pre-sales through implementation while designing and building production AI agent systems for healthcare. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share field insights and develop reusable platform components.
Join a healthcare AI team delivering production AI agent systems for health systems, providers, and life sciences organizations. You will own technical delivery from initial client conversations through launch, while helping improve reusable platform capabilities based on what you learn in the field.
Lead client engagements from pre-sales demos and requirements gathering through architecture, integration, implementation, and post-launch support.
Design and build production AI agent systems that integrate with healthcare platforms such as EHRs, claims systems, specialty pharmacy tools, and CRMs while meeting HIPAA requirements.
Run technical working sessions and present solutions to executive stakeholders, adapting communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Make architecture and implementation decisions, scope integrations, and resolve delivery challenges with a high degree of ownership.
Share field insights with product and engineering teams and develop reusable components for future deployments.
Five to fifteen years of software engineering experience, including ownership of end-to-end production systems and complete system architecture diagrams.
Experience delivering customer-facing software, including client scoping, technical design, integration, and post-launch support.
Strong client communication skills and experience leading technical sessions or presenting to stakeholders.
Healthcare or life sciences expertise, such as health insurance, patient services, clinical operations, specialty pharmacy, or HIPAA compliance.
Fluency in Python, JavaScript or TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, and React, plus cloud infrastructure experience with AWS or GCP.
Experience with data or machine learning pipelines, such as PySpark, ETL/ELT, document ingestion, or predictive models, and familiarity with production LLM systems or AI agents.
Base salary is $170,000 to $205,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
