Senior ERP Consultant (Systems Accounting)

This is a unique opportunity for a Qualified Accountant to work alongside industry experts, partner directly with clients, and help deliver enterprise systems that genuinely improve business performance.

As a Senior ERP Consultant, you will work closely with clients and Account Managers to understand financial and operational processes, translate these into ERP solutions, and support successful implementations.

With a strong focus on systems accounting, you will play a key role in bridging finance and technology—ensuring ERP systems are effectively configured, integrated into workflows, and delivering long-term business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementation projects from discovery through go-live and support
• Analyse financial and business processes to improve efficiency and controls
• Configure financial components including General Ledger and Chart of Accounts
• Design and develop financial reports and analytics
• Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
• Investigate and resolve financial and operational system issues
• Deliver training and guidance to finance and operational stakeholders
• Work alongside Account Managers to ensure strong client outcomes
• Contribute to continuous improvement of systems and processes

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA/CPA or equivalent).
• Extensive experience in Systems Accounting and ERP environments.
• Proven experience implementing or supporting ERP/accounting systems
• Deep understanding of financial processes and their integration into ERP systems related to GL, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a client-facing, remote environment

Highly Desirable

• Experience in the fuel, energy, or logistics industries
• Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Crystal Reports, Sage300, or similar tools
• Experience working with SaaS or cloud-based ERP solutions
