Description
The Senior Electrical Controls Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting control systems for low- to medium-voltage electrical power equipment. This role focuses on delivering safe, reliable, and compliant control solutions for products such as PDUs, RPPs, switchboards, and related infrastructure.
This position plays a critical role in Hyper’s product development and delivery by ensuring control systems are robust, scalable, and aligned with industry standards. The role works cross-functionally with mechanical, manufacturing, software, and quality teams across the full product lifecycle—from concept through commissioning and field support.

Compensation
The anticipated minimum starting hiring range for this role is $125,000 – $145,000 per year. Actual salary will vary based on experience, industry knowledge, technical expertise, and location. This position is eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation based on individual and company performance.
