Senior Director, Workforce Strategy & Performance
Position Summary
The Senior Director, Workforce Strategy & Performance serves as a senior strategic advisor to operational and executive leaders, driving organizational performance through workforce strategy, leadership effectiveness, retention, culture activation, organizational effectiveness, and change leadership.
This role leads the Workforce Strategy & Performance team and is accountable for aligning workforce initiatives with business objectives to improve organizational health, employee experience, leadership capability, and operational performance.
Unlike traditional HR Business Partner models, this role operates as a strategic consultant and business leader focused on measurable outcomes rather than transactional HR support. The Senior Director partners with leaders to identify organizational opportunities and risks, accelerate decision-making, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and implement workforce strategies that drive sustainable business results.
The Senior Director is responsible for building and leading a high-performing team of Workforce Strategy & Performance leaders who serve as trusted advisors to the business and catalysts for organizational success.
