The Role:

We have products that sell, a media buying team, and our own funnel and testing platform. The next step is a bigger front end: new offers and new funnels that open up larger audiences and higher margins. That takes one person who can own the whole thing from scratch: the big idea, the mechanism, the offer, the ads, the advertorial, the sales page, the upsell path, and get it profitable on cold traffic. Then do it again.

What You Will Own:

• Offer architecture. Big idea, unique mechanism, pricing and bundling, guarantee, bonuses, upsell and cross-sell path.
• The full funnel, written by you. Ad copy and hooks (statics and video scripts), advertorials and listicles, long-form and short-form sales pages, checkout copy, post-purchase upsells, and the follow-up email sequence.
• Research. Customer interviews, reviews, support tickets, competitor swipes, market awareness. You write from research, not from templates.
• Turnarounds and new builds. Rewrite aging controls and build new front-end funnels for existing and upcoming products.
• The numbers. You will see spend, ROAS, CVR, AOV/RPV, upsell take rates and CM/1 for everything you ship, and you are expected to read them and act on them.
• Working with the team. Media buying on angles and creative supply, CRO on test design and iteration, engineering and design on the build. You set the direction of the funnel; they help you ship it.

What good looks like:
• Within 30 days: a new lander live on cold Meta traffic and beating the current control.
• Within 90 days: at least one aging control rewritten and winning, and a second new funnel in market.
• Within 6 months: a repeatable research, offer and copy process the rest of the team can build
against.

Who we are looking for:
• 5+ years writing direct response copy for cold paid traffic, ideally in health, wellness, supplements, info-products or books.
• You have written controls, that ran profitably at meaningful daily spend. You can tell us the product, the offer, the spend, the ROAS and exactly what your role was.
• You think in offers and mechanisms first, words second. You know the difference between a hook, an angle and a big idea, and you know which one is broken when a funnel is not converting.
• You know the formats cold: advertorial, listicle, VSL, long-form sales page, quiz funnel, upsell flow.
• You understand funnel math: breakeven ROAS, CM/1, AOV, and why upsell take rate matters more than most people think.
• You know Meta's health and wellness ad policies and can write claims that convert and stay live.
• You are fast, self-directed and opinionated. You would rather ship a strong draft today and iterate on data than workshop it for two weeks.
