Senior Delivery Manager

Ciklum is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to join our team full-time in Poland.

About the role:

As a Senior Delivery Manager, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. This project is with a global Financial Services Provider that focuses on providing responsible credit to underbanked customers in international markets. The current strategy centers on consolidating technology delivery to a single partner to drive efficiency and operational excellence.

You will join the Customer Application. The primary mobile application serves as a critical self-service tool for over 800,000 users. It is currently undergoing a technology refresh, migrating to a modern framework to improve scalability, performance, and accessibility compliance across the organization's European footprint.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day management of development squads and coordinate systems analysts, architects, testers, and developers
• Manage sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring delivery to scope, quality, and timelines
• Lead roadmap delivery discussions and manage expectations across business and technology teams
• Ensure adherence to delivery frameworks and standards, managing RAID logs and reporting
• Identify delivery blockers and drive resolution

Requirements:

• Expert proficiency in applying Scrum/Kanban frameworks effectively
• Expert in tracking progress, risks, and dependencies using JIRA
• Expert in stakeholder management and clear written/verbal communication
• Competent in coaching team members, conflict resolution, and backlog prioritization
• Competent in producing Agile Metrics, including DORA metrics

Desirable:

• Understanding of solution architecture, system interactions, and cloud environments (AWS)
• Understanding of DevOps tooling (Azure) and the ability to interpret technical designs/constraints
• Experience with Confluence for documentation
• Experience supporting test planning and readiness
